Publish a PDF with diagrams and chapters

Notera can export the transcript, AI reports, or a combined document. Reports can include rendered diagrams alongside their narrative, giving readers a portable view of both the content and its structure.

Create a diagram-rich report

  1. Select a meeting or collection and choose a prompt with the desired visual structure.
  2. Generate the report using a configured AI service.
  3. Review the text and diagram. Built-in prompt structures include mind maps, flowcharts, sequence diagrams and Gantt charts. A model's output can still require editing.
  4. Correct unsupported or malformed diagram syntax before export. Confirm that the on-screen result matches the intended meaning.

Preview the document

Choose the PDF export action. In PDF Export Preview, choose the included transcript and reports, arrange their chapters, and inspect the pages. Check long text, tables, diagrams, chapter titles and source number visibility. Diagram rendering and pagination are part of the export; a screenshot of the inspector is not the exported document.

Save or share

Use the export save dialog to choose the destination on your Mac. Open the saved PDF to inspect its actual pages and links.

The Free/Pro branding footer follows the current license. A Pro license permits hiding that branding. External AI service fees are separate.

Give readers access to the evidence

Include the source transcript in the same export when you want report citations to navigate to transcript paragraphs. A report exported alone cannot create an internal destination in a transcript that was not included.
